BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 7604 Standifer Gap Road, being on the southwest line of Standifer Gap Road southeast of Walker Road. An unplatted tract, being the property described in deed book 4490, page 71, ROHC. Tax Map No. 139N-A-1. from R-1 Residential Zone to R-3 Residential Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. Sight-obscuring landscaped screen along all abutting residential zones; 2. A maximum of 160 units; 3. All existing easements are retained; 4. Subject to dedication of right-of-way as required by the City Traffic Engineer; and 5. A townhouse development shall be placed on the west side of the property next to Twinbrook Subdivision. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as required by law.
